Gliding Section
The gliding section of Aeroklub Prijedor is the only one in Republika Srpska that maintains a gliding school.
Glider Fleet
The club owns seven gliders, including:
- Two school gliders for training
- Five gliders capable of cross-country flights
Membership
The section has about 20 active glider pilots of varying experience levels, from beginners to experienced competitors.
Training
Our gliding school offers:
- Theoretical training in aerodynamics and meteorology basics
- Practical training with experienced instructors
- Opportunity to progress to competitive flying
- Participation in domestic and international competitions
Competitions
Every year we organize the Blanik Cup, a prestigious gliding competition celebrating its 20th anniversary in 2025.
Our pilots regularly participate in national and international competitions, achieving top results.
